Did someone say 1970s Australian beach eatery? Outpost Kitchen’s Aussie inspiration melds the past and the present with fresh, local flavors—so you don’t need a passport or a time machine to enjoy a Brekky Sandwich or the Date Mate Salad. Grab a cocktail (we recommend My Secret Romance for the yuzu of it all) and take it easy, mate.
Tucked beside the Giorgio Armani boutique inside South Coast Plaza, Armani Caffè is the perfect spot to grab a coffee in between shopping. Sip an espresso, grab a flaky pastry, or linger over a fresh salad or panini. It’s sleek and luxe vibes make it totally selfie-worthy.
Located exclusively at Bloomingdale's South Coast Plaza on the main floor, Collage Culinary Experience is an elevated, two-story global dining collective that offers the best international and local cuisine in 9 different dining experiences, all within an artfully designed space.
Vaca brings Spain to SoCal via three-time Top Chef competitor chef Amar Santana. We’re big fans of the Bocadillos, or Spanish sandwiches, with vegetables or tuna. It’s our mission to get through the entire tapas menu someday, but it’s hard when we absolutely have to save room for the paella.
Strolling across the pedestrian only Unity Bridge gives you a great bird's eye view of the urban heart of Costa Mesa connecting Town Center with South Coast Plaza. It makes it incredibly easy for guests to make a quick lunch stop at the west coast's finest shopping destination.
A delightfully bright feature in Costa Mesa's town square park the Ram is a 20 foot tall, 7 ton bright yellow steel abstraction inspired by the animal's horns. This sculpture was created by Charles O. Perry and commissioned by Henry Segerstrom in 1979.
The Connector was created by Richard Serra as a highly visible focal point for the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. The weatherproof steel sculpture was installed in 2006 at 65 feet high and weighing 360 tons. You can actually walk into connector and even test the acoustics with a little song.
MoonGoat Greenhouse is where sunlight and good coffee flow in equal measure. With its airy design and plenty of space to unwind, it’s perfect for catching up, working, or simply taking a break. And while you’re there, take a stroll through the nearby Noguchi Garden — the ultimate spot for a peaceful pause in your itinerary.
The Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall is the jewel of the Segerstrom Center for the Arts plaza and features a magnificent façade of Portuguese limestone and graceful glass wall. In addition to the Center's own presentations and guest artists, this magnificent concert hall hosts resident companies Pacific Symphony, the Philharmonic Society of Orange County and Pacific Chorale. Jazz, pop, opera and classical music are featured in concert series events.

The Center remains committed to supporting artistic excellence and offering unsurpassed experiences to engage the community in new and exciting ways through the unique power of live performance and a diverse array of inspiring arts-based education and community engagement programs.
The museum's collection comprises more than 4,500 objects, with a concentration on the art of California from the early 20th century to present. Exhibits include traditional paintings, sculptures and photography, as well as new media in the form of video, digital and installation art. In addition to its contributions to the field of contemporary art, the museum has also organized and hosted exhibitions of modern art and design. Due to a generous endowment, admission to OCMA is free.
Officially known as California Scenario, this sculpture landscape is like being transported to another world, but it stays grounded in the indigenous plants and materials of California. It’s a vital, peaceful outdoor space, and it feels like getting lost and finding something vital at the same time. Our favorites are the Forest Walk and Desert Land.
