The Capital Grille is a fine-dining restaurant that offers dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood, and an award-winning wine list. The Capital Grille is best known for its expertly prepared steaks, which are custom-aged for 18 to 24 days in-house.
Caló Kitchen + Tequila was inspired by Clemente Heredia’s passion for fantastic food and service. The menu is a selection of Mexican classics and contemporary favorites prepared with local, high-quality ingredients complemented by the finest collection of sipping tequilas in the country.
The Ram is a 20 foot tall, 7 ton bright yellow steel abstraction inspired by the animal's horns. This sculpture was created by Charles O. Perry and commissioned by Henry Segerstrom in 1979.
Commissioned by Henry Segerstrom and created by Richard Lippold, Fire Bird is a major architectural sculpture at large scale at the mast of Segerstrom Hall. It’s one of the most iconic pieces of public art commissioned by Henry Segerstrom and served as a visual beacon for the new Orange County Performing Arts Center (now Segerstrom Center for the Arts) that he generously donated to the city of Costa Mesa.
South Coast Repertory is a professional resident theatre, founded in 1964 by David Emmes and Martin Benson. The Tony® Award-winning theater is widely regarded as one of America's foremost producers of new plays. SCR's extensive new play development program consists of commissions, residencies, readings, and workshops.
The Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall is the jewel of the Segerstrom Center for the Arts plaza and features a magnificent façade of Portuguese limestone and graceful glass wall. In addition to the Center's own presentations and guest artists, this concert hall hosts resident companies Pacific Symphony, the Philharmonic Society of Orange County and Pacific Chorale. Jazz, pop, opera and classical music are featured in concert series events.
The Connector was created by Richard Serra as a highly visible focal point for the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. The weatherproof steel sculpture was installed in 2006 at 65 feet high and weighing 360 tons. You can actually walk into connector and even test the acoustics with a little song.
